If you've had a work related injury workers compensation covers up to 12 weeks of  chiropractic  care. Worker's comp pays 100% of all reasonable  and necessary chiropractic care.

When you have a work related injury and you are unrepresented, there are several things you should keep in mind.

  1. Report your injury to your supervisor, foremen or any other designated representative with your employer;

  2. Seek Chiropractic treatment;

  3. Request the assistance of a QRC to determine if you are a qualified employee for vocational assistance;

  4. Consult a lawyer if you have questions or if your benefits are discontinued or denied.

  5. Make sure to keep updated work restrictions;

  6. Save all important documents including medical records, incident reports, restrictions etc.;

  7. Submit mileage and out of pocket expenses to the insurer;
